WHO WE ARE

About Harvey Greene.

Harvey Greene is a management consulting practice that partners with organisations in the built environment to solve their most complex challenges and win.

We bring combined advisory, strategy, leadership and execution capability in a sector where generalist management consultants don't have the domain expertise or practical experience to deliver, and delivery-focused consultancies rarely have the business perspective to match.

Heading 2

Why leaders of the built environment choose Harvey Greene.

Businesses and organisations across the built environment — from founders and SMEs to large corporates — engage Harvey Greene when they need a consultant with both built environment and business expertise to help shape their growth, solve a business problem, capture an opportunity, provide temporary leadership, or support client engagement with key sponsors.

This is a premium engagement that complements, not competes — bringing 20+ years of experience across the built environment, leading clients, teams, strategy, operations and delivery. Our deep domain knowledge across the value chain compounds and strengthens our consulting offering to deliver practical and measurable results

It's also flexible, embedded, and confidential where needed — all at a fraction of the cost of a top-tier consultant, which is typically prohibitive for most businesses, while still maintaining shared accountability.

Flexible & Embedded

Co-opetition

We bring a combined strength in business and the built environment that, together, is unmatched.

We bring 20+ years of experience working with and for large enterprise in the built environment.

We bring a comprehensive understanding of how the private and public sector compete, buy and operate.

We have strong knowledge and relationships across the entire built-environment value chain — its people, culture, clients, products and services.

Our 20+ year of experience extends to a range of asset classes and sub-sectors.

We flex the shape of our engagement — from advisory to fully embedded — and keep it confidential wherever your business needs it.

We engage in co-opetition with other entreprises to create greater shared value.

The engagements can span from joint ventures and referral support, to internal temporary capacity relief or capability enhancement without the permanant headcount.

OUR MISSION

We partner with organisations across the built environment to exceed their ambitions.

In an era of increasing uncertainty and change — accelerated by artificial intelligence — the need to cooperate with a partner in the built environment, rather than compete, has never been stronger.

KEY CLIENTS WE SERVE

Founders

We specialise in guiding, supporting and coaching founders to start, scale and succeed.

Business Owners

We meet business owners where they are — from SME through mid-market — and support them to grow, realign or turn around their business.

Large Enterprise

We work directly with large enterprises as embedded delivery capacity, and partner with built-environment businesses through joint ventures to jointly win and deliver work at that scale.
